This policy explains what information Zerynia collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Game you agree to the practices described here.
Account information: the username you choose and, if you provide one, an email address.
Gameplay data: your progress, stats, inventory, purchases, and in-game activity such as chat and market orders.
Payment information: when you buy Zeryium, our payment provider (Stripe) collects and processes your payment details. We receive confirmation of the transaction but do not receive or store your full card number.
Technical data: basic logs and error reports (for example via Sentry) used to keep the Game z-c5edd5e5 and diagnose problems.
To operate your account and run the Game, to process and deliver purchases, to provide support, to keep the Game secure and prevent fraud or abuse, and to diagnose and fix technical issues.
We share limited information with providers that help us run the Game: Stripe (payment processing), our error-monitoring provider (Sentry), and our hosting and database providers. These providers process data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
We do not sell your personal information.
We use browser storage (such as a session token) to keep you logged in and to run core features of the Game. These are necessary for the Game to function.
We keep your account and gameplay data for as long as your account is active. We may retain certain records (for example, purchase records) for longer where required for legal, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us. Some data may be retained where we have a legal obligation or legitimate need to keep it. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law.
The Game is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
We take reasonable measures to protect your information, including hashing passwords and restricting access. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, announced in the Game.
