These Terms govern your access to and use of Zerynia (the “Game”). By creating an account or playing, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.
You must be at least 13 years old to play. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may only use the Game with the consent of a parent or guardian, and you must be 18 or older to make purchases.
By using the Game you represent that you meet these requirements.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
You may not share, sell, or transfer your account to anyone else.
The Game includes virtual currency (including Zeryium) and virtual items. These have no monetary value, cannot be redeemed for real money, and are licensed to you for use within the Game — you do not own them.
We may add, remove, change, or reset virtual currency and items at any time as part of operating and balancing the Game. Virtual currency and items are non-transferable outside the Game's own systems.
Purchases are processed by our payment provider, Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card details.
Except where required by law or by our Refund Policy, all purchases are final once the virtual currency or item has been delivered to your account.
You agree not to cheat, exploit bugs, use bots or automation, access the Game through unauthorized clients, interfere with other players, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to our systems.
You agree not to harass, threaten, or abuse other players, and not to post unlawful or infringing content in chat or other features.
We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms, engage in fraud or chargeback abuse, or where we reasonably believe it is necessary to protect the Game or other players.
You may stop using the Game at any time.
The Game is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that progress and virtual items will always be preserved.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost progress or virtual items. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Game will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the Game. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
